摘要
选用ADI公司的AD8515低噪声运算放大器芯片,设计了一款低压低功耗低噪声放大器。该放大器的供电电压为1.8 V,静态工作电流小于1 mA。输入为音频信号,其空载幅度不超过10 mV,输出阻抗等于2.2 kΩ。下限截止频率小于10 Hz,上限截止频率大于50 kHz,输入空载10 mV,频率1 kHz时,输出不产生失真且幅度大于0.88 V,输出噪声小于2 mVrms。仿真测试结果验证了所设计的低功耗方法具有低功耗、低噪声、可靠性好等特点。
Selects the AD8515 low-noise operational amplifier chip from ADI to design a low-voltage,low-power,low-noise amplifier. The power supply voltage of this amplifier is 1.8 V,and the quiescent operating current is less than 1 mA. The input is an audio signal,its no-load amplitude does not exceed 10 mV,and the output impedance is equal to 2.2 kΩ. The lower limit cut-off frequency is less than 10 Hz,the upper limit cut-off frequency is greater than 50 kHz,the input is no-load 10 mV,at 1 kHz,the output does not produce distortion and the amplitude is greater than 0.88 V,and the output noise is less than 2 mVrms. The simulation test results verify that the designed low power consumption method has the characteristics of low power consumption,low noise and good reliability.
