摘要
兴凯湖国际重要湿地位于黑龙江省东南部,是东亚-澳大利西亚鸟类迁飞路线上的关键停歇点。为减少鸟类在迁飞路线上破坏农田的现象,降低因食物补给不足导致的鸟类死亡,保障鸟类迁飞通道的安全,实施生态效益补偿。确定鸟类迁飞主要路线,并在此区域实行预留地补偿模式、食物补给策略及生态环境综合治理措施。在迁飞路线上的鸟类数量增多,在8510农场(76.67 hm 2)和承紫河乡(38.67 hm 2)预留地,10月中旬迁飞至此的鸟类多达5×103和3×103余只,农田受损有所改善。补偿机制在促进鸟类保护、农业生产和生态环境协调发展上发挥了积极作用。
Xingkai Lake international importance wetland is located in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province.It is the key location of the route for the migratory birds migrating from East Asia to Australasia.In order to reduce the phenomenon of birds destroying the crops,decrease the migratory birds died from lack of food,and ensure the safety of the migration pathway,ecological benefits compensation be carried out in Xingkai Lake wetland.After the migration pathway was confirmed,the reserved area compensation mechanism and food supplied strategy as well as comprehensive ecological environment management were performed.The results presented that the number of migratory birds increased along the migration pathway.For example,the number of migratory birds were more than 5×103 in 8510 farmland(76.67 hm 2)and 3×103 in Chengzihe County(38.67 hm 2)in reserved compensation area in October and farmland were less damaged.Ecological benefits compensation mechanism played an important role in promoting the coordinated development of bird protection,agricultural production and ecological environment in Xingkai Lake wetland.
