摘要
国内光学行业的快速发展以及对专业工程人才的大量需求,促使高校转变工程研究生培养方案。文章从光学工程中的先进制造研究方向切入,面向行业需求,结合一级学科培养方案,探讨构建工程研究生知识结构和课程体系,以满足不同行业对人才的跨学科知识体系的要求。同时,提出建立校内实践平台,设计不同的工程案例,强化学生的理论联系实践能力和解决实际问题的能力,以期为培养具有创新精神和实践能力的专业技术人才提供借鉴。
The rapid development of the domestic optical industry and the large demand for professional engineering talents have prompted colleges and universities to change the training program of engineering graduate students.This paper is oriented to the needs of the industry,combined with the first-level discipline training program,and flexible construction of engineering graduate knowledge structure and curriculum system to meet the requirements of different industries for the interdisciplinary knowledge system of talent.At the same time,we should establish a practical platform in school,design different engineering cases,and strengthen students'ability of integrating theory with practice and solving practical problems.This paper cuts into the research direction of advanced manufacturing in optical engineering in order to provide reference for the cultivation of professional and technical talents with innovative spirit and practical ability.
