摘要
随着我国高等教育改革的深入推进,行业特色院校的研究生教育日益成为高层次人才培养的重要领域。然而,由于行业特色院校主要致力于面向特色行业培养专门人才,研究生的知识结构存在学科知识结构单一、知识整合性不够、方法论知识欠缺等问题。为了优化行业特色院校研究生知识结构,应强化跨学科知识的掌握,促进知识整合,加强实践能力训练和完善方法论知识,进一步促进学科交叉融合,从而有效提升研究生的综合能力和创新能力。
With the deepening of China's higher education reform,graduate education in universities with industry characteristics has increasingly become an important field of high-level talent cultivation.However,due to the fact that industry characteristic colleges and universities are mainly committed to cultivating specialized talents with industry characteristics,the knowledge structure of graduate students has problems such as a single disciplinary knowledge structure,insufficient knowledge integration,and a lack of methodological knowledge.In order to optimize the knowledge structure of graduate students in industry characteristic universities,it is necessary to strengthen the mastery of interdisciplinary knowledge,promote knowledge integration,strengthen practical ability training and improve methodological knowledge,and further promote interdisciplinary integration,thereby effectively improving the comprehensive and innovative abilities of graduate students.
