摘要
目的利用动物模型探讨光照改变下酸枣仁汤对小鼠睡眠时相的影响。方法小鼠分为生理盐水组和酸枣仁汤组,在暗刺激结束后1 h给予2 h的光照,观察光照时期内2组小鼠的睡眠觉醒活动。结果2组小鼠相比,酸枣仁汤组2 h光照期间觉醒(W)总量减少(P<0.01),非快动眼睡眠(NREM)总量增加(P<0.01),总睡眠时间(TST)总量增加(P<0.01),快动眼睡眠(REM)总量增加但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2 h光照期间以及光照开始的30 min时间内,NREM向W转换次数增加(P<0.01),W向NREM转换次数增加(P<0.01),NREM向REM转换次数以及REM向W转换次数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论酸枣仁汤能够延长光照改变下小鼠的睡眠时间,在光照初期显著影响小鼠的睡眠时相转换。
Objective An animal model was used to investigate the effect of suanzaoren decoction on the sleep phase of mice under the light changes.Methods The mice were divided into a normal saline group and a suanzaoren decoction group.Two hours light pulse administered at one hour after the turning off of light were used to detect the variation of sleep activity in two groups'mice.Results Compared with the saline group,the total amounts of wakefulness in the suanzaoren decoction group were decreased(P<0.01)along with an increase of non-rapid eye movement(NREM)(P<0.01)and total sleep time(TST)(P<0.01)during the two hours light pulse.There was no statistically significant increase in the total amounts of rapid eye movement sleep(REM).The numbers of transition of NREM to wakefulness,wakefulness to NREM were increased(P<0.01),while NREM to REM and REM to wakefulness had no significant differences during the whole and the start half hour light pulse.Conclusion Suanzaoren decoction can prolong the sleep time and significantly affect the sleep phase transition of mice at the beginning of the light pulse.
