摘要
高校作为人才培养的重要基地,肩负着新时代所赋予的育人使命。为了深入贯彻育人理念,有效落实立德树人这一根本任务,高校应积极构建出全员、全程、全方位为一体的“三全育人”体系。通过加强教书、管理、服务等育人队伍建设,构建全员育人体系;通过以育人理念认知、认同、践行等育人阶段为主线,构建全程育人体系;通过围绕课堂、校园、社会、网络等育人平台,构建全方位育人体系。
As an important base for talent training,the university shoulders the mission of educating people given by the new era.In order to implement the concept of educating people deeply and carry out the task of moral education,the university should construct the system of“Three Whole Education”.We should take measure as follows:Building a full-staff education system by strengthening the construction of the teaching,management,service and other education teams;Take the stage of cognition,recognition,practice,etc as a main line,so as to build a full-process education system;building an all-round education system though classroom,campus,society,network and other educational platforms.
