摘要
文章分析了汽车油箱渗漏的原因,并完成了其粘接修复过程。首先通过染色渗透法确定了渗漏部位,然后对渗漏处进行脱脂、打磨再脱脂处理,选用环氧-聚硫胶配合GY-280厌氧胶和玻璃布为修复材料,通过交替涂胶和贴敷玻璃布的工艺完成了汽车油箱渗漏的粘接修复过程。
This paper analyzes the reason of rupture for the automobile fuel tank,and the bonding repair process are accomplished.The osmotic dyeing technology was used to determine the location of the leakage of the automobile fuel tank.The leakages were degreasing,grinded and degreased,the epoxy-polysulfide adhesive,GY-280 anaerobic adhesive and fiberglass cloth were used for repair materials,glue and glass cloth are applied alternately to complete the bonding repair process of the automobile fuel tank.
