摘要
该文以某型飞机油箱为研究对象,采用SPH方法研究不同运动状态和充液比对油箱重心变化的影响。结果表明,对于振动工况,油箱重心变化方向只与振动方向有关,并且重心变化量与振动幅值相关。俯仰对于油箱纵向重心影响较大,对垂向影响较小,横向几乎没有影响。滚转对于油箱横向重心影响较大,对垂向影响较小,纵向可以忽略不计。对于不同充液比,相同运动条件下,相同方向重心变化趋势基本一致,并且充液比越高,重心变化的幅值也越大。通过对比油箱俯仰和滚转运动下的重心变化曲线,发现俯仰运动对油箱重心影响大于滚转运动。因此飞行时应重点关注俯仰运动对于重心变化的影响。
In this paper,taking the fuel tank of a certain aircraft as the research object,the influence of different motion state and liquid filling ratio on the change of fuel tank center of gravity is studied by SPH method.The results show that for the vibration condition,the change direction of the center of gravity of the fuel tank is only related to the vibration direction,and the change of the center of gravity is related to the vibration amplitude.Pitching has a great influence on the longitudinal center of gravity of the fuel tank,has little influence on the vertical,and has almost no effect on the horizontal.Rolling has a great influence on the transverse center of gravity of the fuel tank,but has little influence on the vertical,and the longitudinal can be ignored.For different liquid filling ratio,in the same motion conditions,the change trend of the center of gravity in the same direction is basically the same;and the higher the liquid filling ratio is,the greater the amplitude of the center of gravity is.By comparing the change curve of the center of gravity under the pitching and rolling motion of the fuel tank,it is found that the influence of the pitching motion on the center of gravity of the fuel tank is greater than that of the rolling motion.Therefore,attention should be paid to the influence of pitching motion on the change of the center of gravity when flying.
