摘要
着色渗透探伤技术是无损检测的一个常用方法,能够快速、准确地得出检测结果。因此,在工业发展、航空业以及原子能行业中能够得到很好的应用与推广。文章通过简单的对某石化公司的塔底输送泵,其管道材料焊缝处的采样进行检测,介绍其工艺操作具体过程、以及对采样的检测数据进行分析,最终有效地检验出采样材料表面的裂纹等缺陷,防止事故的发生。
The dye penetrant testing technology is a common method of nondestructive testing, which obtained test results the more quickly and accurately. Therefore, it can get very good application and promotion in the industrial development, aviation and atomic. In the paper, through the sampling of pipeline weld material of a Petrochemical Industries Co tower bottom pump for the detection, it introduce the process operation specific process, and carries on the analysis to the test data of sampling, which can test finally effective inspection and sampling material surface cracks, cracks and other defects .In the end ,it can do to prevent accidents.
