英国现代学徒制发展状况及对我国的启示 被引量:5

The Development of Modern Apprenticeship in England and Its Enlightenment to China

摘要 英国现代学徒制经过近三十年的发展,形成了层次化清晰的人才培养体系、结构合理的教学培训框架,它严格践行"理论—实践—理论"人才培养模式,有着成熟的经验。我国现代学徒制经过近二十年的发展,取得一定成效,但还存在缺乏系统制度保障、企业参与度低、社会认知度低等问题。英国在现代学徒制方面探索的成功经验,对我国职业教育在设计满足不同层次需求教育体制、校企合作、多渠道宣传现代学徒制等方面有着较强的启示意义。 After nearly 30 years of development, the modern apprenticeship system in Britain has formed a hierarchical and clear talent training system, a reasonable teaching and training framework. It strictly practices the "theory—practice—theory" talent training model, and has mature experience. After nearly 20 years of development, the modern apprenticeship system in China has achieved certain results, but there are still some problems, such as lack of system guarantee, low participation of enterprises, low social awareness and so on. Britain’s successful experience in the exploration of modern apprenticeship is of great significance to China’s vocational education in the design of education system to meet the needs of different levels, school enterprise cooperation, and multi-channel publicity of modern apprenticeship.
