摘要
基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry,MALDI-TOF MS)技术具有操作简单、快速、高通量、高灵敏度和高准确度的特点,特别适合于蛋白、多肽等生物大分子的高通量筛选,也可用于核酸的快速分析。笔者就MALDI-TOF MS对癌症的诊断和微生物的鉴定进行综述。
Matrix assisted laser desorption time of flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS)is characterized by simple operation,high throughput,high sensitivity and high accuracy.It is especially suitable for high-throughput screening of proteins,peptides and other biological macromolecules,and also for rapid analysis of nucleic acids.This paper reviews the diagnosis of cancer and the identification of microorganism by MALDI-TOF MS.
