摘要
采用TiAlN涂层刀具高速铣削304不锈钢,研究铣削参数对铣削力与加工表面粗糙度的影响规律。用最小二乘法对正交实验结果进行回归分析,建立铣削力及加工表面粗糙度与切削参数之间的经验模型。分析结果表明:切削力受径向切削深度的影响最大,受进给量的影响最小;工件表面粗糙度受切削深度的影响最大,受切削速度的影响最小。铣削参数选取轴向切削深度为0.7 mm^0.8 mm、进给量为0.10 mm/r^0.15 mm/r、铣削速度为450 m/min^500 m/min、径向切削深度为2 mm^3 mm最为合适。
TiAlN coated tools are used for high-speed milling of 304 stainless steel,and the influence of milling parameters on milling force and surface roughness is studied.Regression analysis was performed on the orthogonal experiment results with the least square method,and the empirical model between milling force,surface roughness and cutting parameters was established.The analysis results show that the cutting force is most affected by the radial depth of cut and least affected by the feed.The surface roughness of the workpiece is most affected by the cutting depth and least affected by the cutting speed.The most suitable milling paraneters are to select the axial clepth of cut from 0.7 mm to 0.8 mm,the feed rate from 0.10 mm/r to 0.15 mm/r,the milling speed from 450 m/min to 500 m/min,and the radial clepth of cut from 2 mm to 3 mm.
