奥氏体不锈钢304L车削加工刀具材料优选 被引量:5

摘要 为获得适合加工奥氏体不锈钢304L的刀具材料,选取4种不同的涂层硬质合金刀具对奥氏体不锈钢304L进行车削加工试验。在不同切削参数下,研究了4种涂层硬质合金刀具对车削过程中的切削力、工件表面粗糙度和刀具磨损程度的影响。试验结果表明,随着切削速度的增加,GC4205刀具材料受到的切削力在4种刀具中最小;表面粗糙度总体上随着切削速度的增加而减小,其中GC4205刀具材料车削加工得到的表面粗糙度最小;4种刀具材料的磨损形态和磨损量各不同,刀具CP135和刀具NC9020产生了边界磨损,刀具YBC151在前刀面产生月牙洼磨损,而刀具GC4205基本上没有产生磨损。因此,综合分析优选出在常速下适合加工304L的刀具材料为GC4205。该研究为车削304L刀具材料的选择提供了参考。 In order to obtain the tool material suitable for processing austenitic stainless steel 304L,four different coated carbide tools were used to test the austenitic stainless steel 304L.Under different cutting parameters,the effects of four coated carbide tools on the cutting force,workpiece surface roughness and tool wear during turning were studied.The test results show that with the increase of cutting speed,the cutting force of GC4205 tool material is the smallest among the four tools;the surface roughness generally decreases with the increase of cutting speed,and the surface roughness of GC4205 tool material turning machining the minimum degree of wear and wear of the four tool materials is different.The tool CP135 and the tool NC9020 produce boundary wear.The tool YBC151 produces crater wear on the rake face,while the tool GC4205 has substantially no wear.Therefore,it is preferable to comprehensively analyze that the tool material suitable for processing 304L at a normal speed is GC4205.This study provides a reference for the selection of 304L tool materials for turning.
