国内厨用刀具产业链现状与发展前景分析 被引量:4

摘要 国内厨用刀具行业正面临着低端产品过剩而高端产品不足的问题。国产高端厨刀在材料、性能、品牌方面与国外高端产品存在一定差距。论述了刀具行业产业链现状,分析了刀具用钢的材料开发、刀具加工制造、产品服役评价3个方面存在的问题及发展前景。高端厨刀是我国刀具行业未来的主要发展方向。只有解决材料品种及质量、产品加工制造稳定性、服役评价标准化3个方面的问题,才能切实提升国产高端刀具产品的市场份额,促进我国厨用刀具产业的健康快速发展。 Development of domestic kitchen knife industry is facing the problems of excessive supply of low-end products but insufficient high-end products.There is a big gap between domestic and foreign high-end kitchen knife in materials,performance and brand.The current situation of kitchen knife industrial chain was discussed,and the problems and development trends in three aspects such as material development,manufacturing process,and product service evaluation were analyzed.High-end kitchen knife is the main development direction of China’s kitchen knife industry in the future.Only by solving the problems of the quality and varieties of steels,processing stability,service evaluation standardization of products,the greater marketing share of domestic high-end products can be gained,and the healthy and rapid development of knife industry can be promoted.
