摘要
研究了950~1 200℃正火处理对5Cr15MoV钢(%:0.50C、14.16Cr、0.66Mo、0.12V、0.39Ni)2mm冷轧退火板的力学性能和5%NaCl 35℃盐雾耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,当950~1 150℃正火处理时随温度升高,钢中碳化物减少,硬度升高;1 200℃正火处理时,钢的基体中存在一定量残留奥氏体,硬度下降;正火温度超过1 100℃时,钢的耐蚀性降低,容易发生晶间腐蚀。在1135℃正火,可取得较高的硬度和良好的耐蚀性。
The effect of normalizing treatment at 950 - 1 200 ℃ on mechanical property and 5% NaC1 salt spray corrosion resistance at 35 ℃ of 2 mm annealed cold rolled sheet of steel 5Cr15MoV (% : 0. 50C, 14. 16Cr, 0. 66Mo, 0. 12V, 0. 39Ni) has been studied, Results show that as normalized at 950 - 1 150 ℃ with increasing temperature the carbides in steel reduces, while the hardness of steel increases ; as normalized at 1 200 ℃ there is definite amount of residual austenite in matrix of steel led to a decrease of hardness of steel ; and as normalized temperature is higher than 1 100 ℃ the corrosion resistance of steel decreases easily to occur grain-boundary attack. Therefore it is available to get higher hardness and better corrosion resistance by normalizing at 1 135 ℃.
