摘要
随着人们对不锈钢材料性能的要求越来越高,在不锈钢基体上制备具有特殊润湿性的表面成为研究热点之一。本文简要介绍了超疏水表面的相关理论,综述了近些年在不锈钢表面获得超疏水性能的多种方法,如电沉积法、化学沉积法、水热法、刻蚀法、溶胶-凝胶法、喷涂法等,对不同方法具有的优势及局限性进行了讨论,提出了不锈钢基超疏水表面目前存在的问题与解决思路,对其在多功能、高稳定性、更绿色环保的发展趋势进行了展望,希望为不锈钢基超疏水表面的研究与发展提供参考。
With the increasing demand for the performance of stainless steel materials,the preparation of surface with special wettability on stainless steel substrate has become one of the research hotspots.This paper briefly introduces the related theories of superhydrophobic surface and summarized several methods to obtain superhydrophobic properties on stainless steel surface in recent years,such as electrodeposition,chemical deposition,hydrothermal method,etching method,sol-gel method,spraying method,etc.The advantages and limitations of different methods are discussed,and the existing problems and solutions of stainless steel-based superhydrophobic surface are presented.The development trend of stainless steel-based superhydrophobic surface towards multifunction,high stability,and greener environmental protection is prospected,hoping to provide reference for future research and development of stainless steel-based superhydrophobic surface.
