摘要
精细化管理是公立医院管理现代化的必由之路,精细化的人力资源管理是医院精细化管理的基础。北京清华长庚医院构建了以职务职级体系为基础,融发展体系、评价体系和薪酬体系为一体的精细化人力资源管理体系,该体系既较好地体现了医院中不同类型和级别岗位的特殊性,又平衡了不同类型岗位之间的关系,并显式地为不同级别的岗位建立晋升关系,努力实现人尽其才。该体系可为公立医院人事制度改革提供一定的借鉴。
It is essential for modernized public hospitals to establish a refined management system,especially the delicacy human resource management system.Beijing Tsinghua Changgung Hospital has established a delicacy human resource management system based on the job rank system,which involves training and development system,evaluation system and salary system.This system not only well reflects the particularity of different types and levels of posts in the hospital,but also balances the relationship between different types of posts,explicitly establishes the promotion relationship for different levels of posts,and strives to make the best use of talents,which provides references to the personnel system reform of public hospitals.
