摘要
培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人是新时期的战略要求,因此必须把青年综合素质提升放在首位。对于妇幼保健院而言,如何提高青年综合素质已成为提高自身核心竞争力,满足妇女和儿童多样化、多层次、全方面健康需求的重大命题。本文以深圳市妇幼保健院为例,以人力资本理论、需求层次理论、成就发展理论作为青年综合素质提升理论基础,从注重思政教育与青年综合素质提升的融合、遵循需求导向和成就发展的实质、建立科学完善的青年综合素质培训体系三个方面,对提高青年综合素质的策略进行论述和讨论,为提高妇幼保健院青年综合素质,建设高素质人才队伍提供参考。
It is the strategic requirement of the new era to cultivate new talents to undertake the great task of national rejuvenation.Therefore,we must put the improvement of the comprehensive quality of young people in the first place.And how to improve the comprehensive quality of youth in maternal and child healthcare hospital has become an important proposition to improve the core competitiveness and meet the diversified,multi-level and all-round health needs of the women and children.The essay is taking Shenzhen Maternity&Child Healthcare Hospital as an example,taking human capital theory,demand hierarchy theory and achievement development theory as the theoretical basis of youth comprehensive quality improvement.The essay discusses on improving comprehensive quality of young from three aspects:paying attention to the ideological education,following the essence of the development of compliance requirements guidance and achievements,establishing a scientific and perfect youth comprehensive quality training system,to provide reference for improving the comprehensive quality of youth in public hospital and building a team of high-quality talents.
