摘要
为研究不同水平的紫苏籽提取物对海兰灰蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及经济效益的影响,试验选用45周龄体重相近的海兰灰蛋鸡200只随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复5只,1组喂饲基础日粮为对照组,试验2、3、4组分别在基础日粮中添加1.0%、2.0%、3.0%的紫苏籽提取物,预饲期7 d,试验期56 d。结果表明:(1)试验3、4组平均蛋重较1组比分别提高10.8%、10.5%(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组的产蛋率、平均采食量均高于1组(P>0.05);试验2、3、4组死淘率均低于1组(P>0.05),试验3、4组料蛋比较1组比分别降低13.2%、11.1%(P<0.05);(2)试验3、4组的蛋质量、蛋壳厚度、蛋黄比例较1组比分别提高12.3%、11.0%、9.0%、9.4%、15.8%、14.4%(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组的哈夫单位、蛋形指数、蛋黄颜色均高于1组(P>0.05);(3)试验3、4组的经济效益较1组比分别增长12.9%、11.5%。综上所述,不同水平的紫苏籽提取物的添加均可以提高海兰灰蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及经济效益,以2.0%添加为适宜。
In order to study the effects of different levels of perilla seed extract on the production performance,egg quality and economic benefits of Hailan grey layer.In the experiment,200 Hailan grey layer chickens with similar body weight at 45 weeks old were randomly divided into 4 groups,10 replicates in each group,5 in each replicates.One group was fed basic diet as the control group.In the experiment 2,3 and 4 groups,1.0%,2.0%and 3.0%perilla seed extracts were added to the basic diet,the pre feeding period was 7 days,and the experimental period was 56 days.The results showed that:(1)Compared with group 1,the average egg species of groups 3 and 4 was increased by 10.8%and 10.5%(P<0.05),the egg production rate and average food intake of groups 2,3 and 4 were higher than those of group 1(P>0.05);the dead amoy rate of groups 2,3 and 4 was lower than that of group 1(P>0.05),and the feed weight of groups 3 and 4 was decreased by 13.2%and 11.1%(P<0.05),respectively;(2)The egg quality,shell thickness and yolk ratio of groups 3 and 4 were 12.3%,11.0%,9.0%,9.4%,15.8%and 14.4%higher than those of group 1(P<0.05),respectively.The haff unit,egg shape index and yolk color of groups 2,3 and 4 were all higher than those of group 1(P>0.05);(3)The ecomomic benefits of groups 3 and 4 was increased by 12.9%and 11.5%respectively compared with group 1.To sum up,different levels of perilla seed extract could improve the performance,egg quality and economic benefits of Hailan grey layer,and 2.0%was suitable.
