摘要
在铁路装卸作业过程中,F-TR型锁集装箱平车因箱车不分离导致车体与集装箱一并吊起甚至脱线,直接影响铁路安全生产。为有效解决该问题,防止铁路车辆脱线事故发生,确保集装箱装卸车作业安全风险可控,阐述F-TR型锁工作原理及存在的安全风险,分析F-TR型锁未能顺利脱开的原因,有针对性地提出F-TR型锁集装箱平车装卸作业安全对策,即明确操作规范、完善作业流程、加强人员业务培训、研制F-TR型锁辅助卸车工具等,以卡控F-TR型锁装卸作业过程中可能产生的安全风险,避免因此而造成的脱线事故,降低集装箱平车装卸作业安全风险。
During its loading and unloading operations,if the F-TR lock container and the car body are not separated successfully,there is a risk that the container and flat car may be lifted together and or even derailment may happen,which directly affects the railway safety.To effectively solve this problem andavoid derailment accident ofrolling stock,and further ensure safe loading and unloading of containers,this paper expounds the working principle and existing safety risks of F-TR lock,analyzes the reasons why F-TR lock often fails to unlock smoothly,and then puts forward safety strategies for loading and unloading container flat cars with F-TR lock,which include defining operation specifications,optimizing operation process,strengthening personnel training,developing F-TR lock auxiliary unloading tools,etc.,to control the safety risks that may occur during F-TR lock loading and unloading operation,avoid derailment accident,and reduce the safety risk of container flat car loading and unloading operation.
