摘要
针对目前铁路卸车作业信息管理智能化程度不足、无法准确预计货物列车到达情况、难以合理评估站点卸车负荷等问题,精确计算铁路站点应卸车负荷能力,对铁路站点实际卸车能力进行评估,通过铁路站点应卸车负荷能力与站点实际卸车能力之间的比对关系,构建铁路智能卸车超限分级预警系统,实现铁路局集团公司与车站全方位智能联动,进一步提高卸车组织管理系统智能化水平,更好地提升铁路运输组织智能化管理水平。
Aiming at the problems of insufficient intelligence in information management of railway unloading operation, inaccurate prediction of arrival of freight trains, and difficulty in reasonably evaluating unloading load at railway stations, this paper accurately calculates the unloading load capacity at railway stations, evaluates the actual unloading capacity at railway stations. Through the comparison between the unloading capacity of railway stations and the actual unloading capacity of stations, this paper constructs an intelligent early warning system of over-limit classification for railway unloading, which can realize all-round intelligent linkage between railway administration group company and stations, further improve the intelligent level of unloading organization and management system, and better enhance the intelligent management level of Railway cargo transportation organization.
