摘要
对GC-ECD-MS法检测残留农药进行方法学考察,并检测刺五加、板蓝根中有机氯农药残留量.以丙酮-二氯甲烷为萃取剂,正己烷为提取剂,超声波提取,气相色谱-电子捕获联用质谱进行检测.六种农药的加标回收率大于90%,回收率相对平均偏差小于10%,仪器精密度RSD值在0.51%~1.4%之间,符合实验标准.六氯苯(HCBs)、反式氯丹(trans-chlordane)、七氯(Heptachlor)及p,p-滴滴涕(p,p-DDT)在5~1000μg/L之间进行线性回归,γ-六六六(γ-HCH)和艾氏剂(Aldrin)在5~250μg/L之间进行线性回归,符合线性关系.检测出刺五加中六氯苯610.73μg/kg、DDT 290.96μg/kg、七氯80.32μg/kg;板蓝根中七氯431.38μg/kg、DDT50.86μg/kg.根据2020版中国药典关于农药残留限量的标准可知,实验刺五加、板蓝根受到有机氯农药污染,且残留量超标.
The organochlorine pesticide residues in Acanthopanax senticosus and Radix Isatidis were determined by GC-ECD-MS,and the methodology was investigated.Using acetone dichloromethaneand hexane as extractant,ultrasonic extraction and gas chromatography-electron capture mass spectrometry were used for detection.The recovery rate of six pesticides was more than 90%,the relative average deviation of recovery rate was less than 10%,and the RSD value of instrument precision was 0.51%to 1.4%,which met the experimental standards.The linear regression of HCB,trans chlordane,heptachlor and p′,p-DDT was 5~1000μg/L,and that of γ-HCH and Aldrin was 5~250μg/L.HCBs 616.73μg/kg,DDT320.15μg/kg,heptachlor 80.32μg/kg in Acanthopanax were detected,heptachlor 431.38μg/kg,DDT50.86μg/kg in Isatidis were detected.According to the standard of pesticide residue limit in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 edition,it can be seen that Acanthopanax senticosus and Isatis indigotica were polluted by organochlorine pesticides,and the residues exceeded the standard.
