摘要
目的对急诊内科老年重症心力衰竭患者采用中西结合治疗方式的临床效果进行研究。方法选取甘肃省白银市中西结合医院2019年1月至2020年2月收治的100例老年重症心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照不同的治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规的西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上应用自拟参附强心汤进行联合治疗,对比干预后患者的治疗满意度,明确患者心功能各项指标改善情况。结果通过不同的治疗措施对两组患者干预后,对比患者的临床效果,可发现观察组显著优于对照组,产生的差异较为显著(P<0.05)。对比患者治疗后心功能各项指标的改善情况,可发现观察组的心功能指标改善更加明显,和对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对治疗的满意度也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对老年重症心力衰竭患者进行治疗时,应用中西结合的方式进行治疗可显著提高患者的临床效果,改善预后。
Objective To study the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment for elderly patients with severe heart failure in emergency internal medicine.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with severe heart failure admitted from January 2019 to February 2020 in Baiyin Hospital of Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine were selected as study subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with self-made Shenfu Qiangxin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment satisfaction of patients after intervention was compared,and the improvement of various indexes of cardiac function was determined.Results After the intervention of different treatment measures,the clinical effect of the two groups of patients was compared.It was found that the observation group was significantly better than the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the improvement of cardiac function after treatment,the improvement of indexes of cardiac function in the observation group was more obvious,and the results were statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of patients in the observation group was also significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion When treating elderly patients with severe heart failure,the combination of Chinese and western treatment can significantly improve the clinical effect of patients and promote the treatment and prognosis of their diseases.
