摘要
目的分析对急诊内科重症心力衰竭患者给予中西医结合治疗的应用效果。方法将我院急诊内科2016年5月—2017年5月收治的92例重症心力衰竭患者,采用随机数字表法分为联合组、参照组各46例。参照组给予利尿、强心等常规西医治疗,联合组在此治疗基础上结合中医药治疗,观察2组治疗前后心脏功能各指标变化及疗效。结果联合组总有效率明显优于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后联合组心脏功能各指标改善情况均优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗急诊内科重症心力衰竭的疗效突出,能够改善心功能,缓解患者临床症状,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of combined treatment with traditional Chinese and western medicinefor patients with severe heart failure in emergency department. Methods 96 cases of severe heart failure were treated bythe emergency department of the hospital from May 2016 to May 2017,and the patients were divided into groups of 48cases by random digital table method. According to the treatment of traditional western medicine,such as diuretic andstrong heart, combined with TCM treatment,the two groups were observed to observe the changes and treatment effects ofthe two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the total effective rate （93.48%）was significantlybetter than the control group （P〈0.05） . The index of cardiac function in the combined group improved better than thecontrol group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The combination of Chinese and western medicine is effective in improving thecardiac function and alleviating the clinical symptoms of patients.
