摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗方法取得的临床效果。方法整群选取2014年5月—2015年5月于该院就诊的68例老年重症心力衰竭患者,随机分为两组,每组34例,对照组给予西医治疗;观察组采用中西医结合治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为94.1%,明显高于对照组的67.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年重症心力衰竭治疗中采用中西医结合疗法,能有效改善患者的症状,获得理想的治疗效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treat-ment method. Methods Group selection 68 cases of elderly patients with severe heart failure in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected, Which were divided into two groups, 34 cases in each group, The control group was given western medicine treatment;the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, and the curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.1%, sig-nificantly higher than that of the control group 67.6%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with severe heart fail-ure, can effectively improve the symptoms of patients, to obtain the ideal treatment effect, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
