摘要
研究了不同热处理工艺对Ni45粉末堆焊层耐磨粒磨损性能的影响规律。找出了加热至950℃,以不同速度冷却后堆焊层的磨损量(ΔG)与磨擦时间t的关系(ΔG—t);淬火后,不同温度回火后的ΔG—t关系;淬火后经不同时间500℃回火后的ΔG—t关系。结果表明,经950℃水淬+500℃回火2h,堆焊层有最好的耐磨粒磨损性能。
The effects of heat treatment process on the abrasive wear property of the Ni45 powder overlaying welding layer were studied. The relation between friction time(t) with temper in 500 ℃ and wear extent (ΔG) of the layer cooling from 950 ℃ in different cooling rate, the relation between (ΔG) and temper temperature (T) ,and the relation between (ΔG) and temper time (t) were reported . The result shows that the anti-abrasive wear property of the layer treated with temper in 500 ℃ for 2 hours is the best.
