摘要
主要研究了亚温淬火温度、保温时间对液压支架用27SiMn油缸的组织结构和机械性能的影响。结果表明:880—900℃淬火、保温50min后27SiMn油缸的综合性能较好。
The influence of subcritical quenching and quenching holding time on the microstructure and properties of 27SiMn cylinder for hydraulic support were researched. The results show that with the optimum heat treatment quenched at 880-900 ℃ for 50 min, better properties can be obtained.
