摘要
为了解决轴承冷冻后尺寸胀大的问题，以6304轴承套图为例，说明了采用增加回火时间，提高回火温度的热处理工艺能提高金相组织的稳定性，从而使轴承尺寸的稳定性大大提高。附表3个，参考文献2篇。
In order to solve the Problem of dimension expanding after bearing freezing and taking 6304 bearing ring for example, it is demonstrated that using heat- treatment technology of increasing tempering time and raising tempering temperature can raise stability of metallographic structure, thus stability of bearing dimension is made to rise greatly.
