摘要
以甲基MQ硅树脂,107胶为基础聚合物,配以201硅油,交联剂、偶联剂、催化剂制得了LED灯具总成灌封用缩合型室温硫化透明硅橡胶,并研究了硅树脂MQ值和添加量以及不同偶联剂对硅橡胶固化速度和力学性能的影响。结果表明:MQ值低的甲基MQ硅树脂反应速率快,补强效果好;硅树脂添加量过大会导致反应速率慢,伸长率小,过小会导致补强效果差;正硅酸乙酯部分水解缩聚物更适合用作本甲基MQ硅树脂补强缩合型透明硅橡胶的交联剂。
Using methyl MQ silicone resin,107 silicone rubber as basic polymer,dimethyl silicone oil,cross-linking agent,coupling agent and catalyst were used to prepare condensation type RTV transparent silicone rubber for LED lamp assembly encapsulation.The effects of MQ value and addition amount of silicone resin and different coupling agents on curing speed and mechanical properties of silicone rubber were studied.The results showed that methyl MQ silicone resin with low MQ value had fast reaction rate and good reinforcement effect.Too much silicone resin will lead to slow reaction rate and small elongation,while too little silicone resin will lead to poor reinforcement effect.Ethyl orthosilicate partially hydrolyzed polycondensate was more suitable to be used as the crosslinking agent of the methyl MQ silicone resin reinforced condensed transparent silicone rubber.
