摘要
目的系统性评价归芍六君子汤对直肠癌晚期化疗患者的临床治疗效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月住院并接受治疗的直肠癌晚期化疗患者60例,入组病例均采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30例,予盐酸伊立替康、卡培他滨化疗2个周期。试验组在对照组基础上联合归芍六君子汤口服方案,观察2组患者治疗前后临床疗效、疼痛评分及疲劳评分变化情况。结果经临床治疗,试验组有效率80. 00%,癌性疼痛评分(3. 13±0. 51)分,癌性疲劳评分(2. 37±1. 14)分;对照组有效率63. 33%,癌性疼痛评分(6. 49±1. 68)分,癌性疲劳评分(4. 42±1. 52)分。试验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论晚期直肠癌患者接受化疗联合归芍六君子汤可显著改善患者生活能力,减轻癌性致痛及疲劳程度,增强患者抵抗力及体力,控制肿瘤病灶病情进展,扶正补虚、调和阴阳、化瘀止痛,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of Liujunzi decoction on patients with advanced chemotherapy of rectal cancer. Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,60 patients with advanced chemotherapy for rectal cancer who were hospitalized in the oncology ward of our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method. 30 cases in the control group were treated with irinotecan hydrochloride and capecitabine for 2 cycles. On the basis of the control group,the experimental group was given Liujunzi decoction oral plan. Through the observation of the two groups of patients before and after the treatment of clinical efficacy,pain score and fatigue score changes were observed. Results After clinical treatment,in the experimental group,the effective rate was 80. 00%,the cancer pain score was( 3. 13 ± 0. 51),and the cancer fatigue score was( 2. 37 ± 1. 14). In the control group,the effective rate was 63. 33%,the cancer pain score was( 6. 49 ± 1. 68),and the cancer fatigue score was( 4. 42 ± 1. 52). The experimental group was superior to the control group,with statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with Guishao Liujunzi decoction can significantly improve the living ability of patients,reduce the degree of pain and fatigue caused by cancer,enhance the resistance and physical strength of patients,control the disease progression of tumor lesions,support and remedy deficiency,harmonize yin and yang,remove blood stasis and relieve pain,and have significant clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
