摘要
目的系统性评价归芍六君子汤治疗直肠癌晚期化疗患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年12月—2019年12月住院并接受治疗的直肠癌晚期化疗患者60例,入组患者均采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30例,应用姑息化疗方案,试验组30例,在对照组基础上联合归芍六君子汤内服治疗方案,观察2组患者治疗前后临床疗效、疼痛评分及疲劳评分变化情况。结果经临床治疗,试验组总有效率80.00%,癌性疼痛评分(3.13±0.51)分,癌性疲劳评分(2.37±1.14)分;对照组总有效率63.33%,癌性疼痛评分(6.49±1.68)分,癌性疲劳评分(4.42±1.52)分。试验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论晚期直肠癌患者接受化疗联合归芍六君子汤可显著改善患者生活能力,减轻癌性致痛及疲劳程度,增强患者抵抗力及体力,控制肿瘤病灶病情进展,扶正补虚、调和阴阳、化瘀止痛,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of Guishao Liujunzi decoction on patients with advanced chemotherapy for rectal cancer.Methods Sixty patients with advanced chemotherapy for rectal cancer from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected.All patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method.Thirty patients in the control group were treated with palliative chemotherapy,and 30 patients in the experimental group were given Guishao Liujunzi decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinicl effect,changes in pain score and fatigue score were observed.Results After clinical treatment,in the experimental group,the effective rate was 80.00%,cancer pain score was(3.13±0.51),and cancer fatigue score was(2.37±1.14).In the control group,the effective rate was 63.33%,cancer pain score was(6.49±1.68),and cancer fatigue score was(4.42±1.52).The experimental group was better than the control group,and there had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Guishao Liujunzi decoction on patients with advanced chemotherapy for rectal cancer can significantly improve patients’living ability,reduce cancer pain and fatigue,strengthen patients’resistance and physical strength,control the progress of tumor lesions,strengthening vital qi,regulating yin and yang,removing blood stasis and relieving pain.The clinical effect is significant,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
