摘要
随着各国对药物饲料添加剂的限制,以及人们对食品安全和畜产品药物残留的重视,近年来低聚异麦芽糖因较为突出的稳定性、加工性能及安全性优势,作为低聚糖类抗生素替代物在畜牧业中得到广泛关注。文章结合国内外研究进展,对低聚异麦芽糖的开发、生产工艺、生理功能,以及其在畜牧业中的应用现状进行综述,旨在为低聚异麦芽糖在畜牧生产中的应用及研究提供参考。
With the restrictions of drug feed additives in various countries,and people’s attention to food safety and drug residues in animal products,in recent years,the application of isomaltooligosaccharide as a substitute for oligosaccharide antibiotics in animal husbandry has been widely concerned due to its outstanding stability,processing performance and safety advantages.Referring to domestic and oversea research,this paper reviewed the development,physiological function,production technology and application of isomaltooligosaccharide in animal husbandry so as to provide a reference for further study in the application of isomaltooligosaccharide in animal husbandry.
