摘要
在矿产品开采过程中,面对日益严重的恶劣工况条件,对采矿设备轧辊部件的综合力学性能和表面硬度提出了更高的性能要求。本文基于deform有限元模拟软件,对辊套轧制成型工艺以及晶粒尺寸进行了分析,并对其微观结构进行了观察,开发出针对40CrNi2MoA材质辊套产品的锻造及轧制的成型新工艺。通过对其综合机械性能的检测及三向金相组织的检测,结果表明产品的综合机械性能及工作方向的组织、晶粒度等指标均高于传统单一自由锻的方式,满足产品的技术要求,提高了产品使用寿命。
In the mining process of mineral products,the increasing bad conditions requires higher performance requirements on the roller parts of the mining equipment,such as the comprehensive mechanical properties and the surface hardness indicators.In this paper based on the deform finite element simulation software,the rolling process and grain size of roller sleeve are analyzed,and the microstructure is observed,based on this developed the new forming technology include the forging and rolling for the 40CrNi2MoA roller parts.Through the detection of its comprehensive mechanical properties and the grain structure of three-directions,the results show that the comprehensive mechanical properties,organizational structure of the work direction,and grain size indicators of the product etc.,are higher than the traditional single free forging method,which meets the technical requirements of the product and improves the service life of the product.
