摘要
水工金属的重要组成部分有闸门、拦污槽、启闭机还有各种金属管道和支架。因为在将这些金属结构制作、连接的时候,焊接是最主要的方式来进行组装的。所以,对这些水工金属结构产品使用寿命长短的直接影响的因素就是焊接时候的质量。对于焊接的检验是可以保证水工金属结构产品能否使用的有效方法,文章通过对焊接检验的过程和检验的方法进行简单的叙述。
The important components of hydraulic metal are gates,sewage troughs,hoists and all kinds of metal pipes and brackets.Because when these metal structures are made and connected,welding is the most important way to assemble.Therefore,the factor that directly affects the service life of these hydraulic metal structure products is the quality of welding.Welding inspection is an effective method to ensure the use of hydraulic metal structure products.This paper briefly describes the process and methods of welding inspection.
