摘要
在大数据条件下,我国食药环侦查人员在执法能力、技术能力、信息能力等方面有所欠缺,带来诸如跨区域执法难、大数据证据搜集不充分、侵犯公民隐私等一系列问题。有关部门应通过加强队伍建设、加大技术上的投入、拓宽大数据信息搜集渠道等方法,推进侦查人员能力素质的培养,增强其执法能力,以解决上述问题。
Under the condition of big data, Chinese food, drug and environment investigators are deficient in law enforcement ability, technical ability, information ability and other aspects, resulting in a series of problems such as difficulty in cross-regional law enforcement, insufficient collection of big data evidence, and invasion of citizens’ privacy. In order to solve problems mentioned above, relevant departments should improve the ability and quality of investigators and enhance their law enforcement ability by strengthening team building, increasing technical input and broadening the channels for collecting big data information.
