摘要
随着云计算、物联网、移动互联网与人工智能等技术的不断发展,数据量激增,新的生产方式和业态不断涌现,大数据时代已经来临。人类生活方式也逐渐演变为数据化生存,犯罪也有了新的变化,数据化成为当下犯罪的现实生态。对于侦查思维来讲,要及时转变,寻求创新。要明确数据的含义及其对侦查的价值,从量化自我、侦查业务、公安管理、社会管理及其他社会方面去收集、分析侦查数据,树立数据化的侦查思维意识,探索新的侦查思维方式。
With the continuous development of cloud computing, internet of things, mobile Internet and artificial intelligence technology generates a large amount of data, new production methods and formats, the era of big data has arrived. The way of human life has gradually evolved into the survival of data. Crime has also changed,datamation is realistic ecology of the present crime. For the investigation thinking, it is necessary to change in time to seek innovation. We should make clear the meaning of the data and its value to the investigation. We can collect and analyze the investigation data from the quantification of self, investigation, public security management and social management and other social aspects. We must set up the datamation consciousness of investigation thinking and seek a new way of investigation thinking. The thinking mode of investigation in the era of big data should include： integrative thinking, relevance thinking, diversity thinking and creative thinking.
