摘要
以某型飞机液压系统污染控制为研究对象,首先介绍了液压系统污染物的来源,即外部侵入的污染源和液压系统内部产生的污染源,然后从设计阶段污染控制、制造阶段污染控制和使用维护阶段污染控制3方面开展了研究,其中重点介绍了设计阶段液压油滤、单向限流活门组件和液压油箱的设计情况。此外还对液压油的采样和检测进行了深入地研究,对比了当前采样和检测的主要方法。外场使用统计情况表明,某型飞机液压系统污染控制取得了初步成果。最后总结了当前飞机液压系统污染控制存在的主要问题及解决措施。
Taking the pollution control of a certain type of aircraft hydraulic system as the research object,first of all,sources of contaminants in the hydraulic system are introduced.These sources include pollution source of external invasion and internal pollution of hydraulic system.Then research is conducted from pollution control in design stage,manufacturing stage,application and maintenance stage.Design of hydraulic filter,one-way restricting valve and hydraulic oil tank is emphatically introduced in the design stage.Sampling and testing of hydraulic oil is also deeply studied.Main current ways of sampling and testing are contrasted.Statistics of outfield use shows that preliminary results have been achieved in hydraulic system pollution control of a certain type of aircraft.The main problems of pollution control of aircraft hydraulic system and solutions are put forward finally.
