摘要
分析了飞机液压系统中的固体颗粒、水、气、氯污染物的危害及其产生的原因,提出了污染控制方法,结合A380等型号飞机,给出了飞机液压系统污染控制设计目标和原则,以及地面油液污染净化设备设计方案,经某飞机地面试验验证,较好地实现了液压系统综合污染控制。
The harm and cause of solid particle, water, gas, chlorine in the aircraft hydraulic system are analyzed. The pollution control methods are proposed. According to the A380 aircraft, the aircraft hydraulic system pollution design goals and principles are given, and the ground oil purification equipment design are presented. The methods can achieve a comprehensive pollution control of hydraulic system with aircraft ground experiments.
