特殊环境下航空润滑油及航空液压油性能变化研究

摘要 我国幅员辽阔,地理环境差异很大,既有西部高原的高低温,强紫外辐射环境,又有东部沿海的高湿环境。这些高湿,高低温及强紫外辐射环境对储存的航空润滑油及航空液压油的性能会产生重要的影响,可能会使飞机发生机械故障,严重时危及到飞行安全。以15号航空液压油和4050航空润滑油为研究对象,通过模拟设计高湿,高低温及强紫外辐射等特殊环境,对15号航空液压油和4050航空润滑油在这些特殊环境下的水分,运动黏度,闪点(开口)及污染度等关键理化性能的变化情况进行了研究,以期为在这些特殊环境下制定飞机安全用油方案提供参考。(图12表0参考文献5) China had a vast territory with great differences in geographical environment,including high-low temperature and strong ultraviolet radiation environment in the western plateau and high humidity environment in the eastern coast. These high humidity,high-low temperature and strong ultraviolet radiation environments would have an important impact on the performances of stored aviation lubricant and aviation hydraulic oil. It might cause mechanical failure of the aircraft and endanger flight safety in serious cases. Taking No. 15 aviation hydraulic oil and 4050 aviation lubricant as the research object,the changes of key physicochemical performances such as moisture,kinematic viscosity,flash point(opening)and contamination of No.15 aviation hydraulic oil and 4050 aviation lubricant in these special environments were studied by simulating the design of special environments such as high humidity,high-low temperature and strong ultraviolet radiation. It was expected to provide a reference for the formulation of aircraft safety oil scheme under these special environments.(Charts12 Tables0 References5)
