摘要
过滤精度稳定性是油液滤芯重要性能指标之一。无纺布作为玻纤滤材的保护层,对过滤精度稳定性有着重要影响。通过不同无纺布及其复合工艺对过滤精度稳定性的影响研究,探讨提高滤芯过滤精度稳定性的技术途径。
The filtering accuracy stability is one of the important performance indexes of oil filter element. As a protective layer of glass fiber filtration material, non-woven fabric has an important influence on the filtering accuracy stability. In this pa- per, through the study on the influence of different non-woven fabric and its composite process on the filtering accuracy stabili- ty, the technical ways to improve the filtering accuracy stability is explored.
