摘要
目的探讨精细化护理管理在泌尿外科中的应用效果。方法2017年12月—2019年12月对泌尿外科14名护理人员实施精细化护理管理,依托精细化流程,培养护理人员的精细化护理意识,在科室内部落实精细化护理管理工作,比较实施前后护理质量评分、护理效果。结果实施后无菌质量、护理记录、物品管理、基础护理、健康教育评分均高于实施前;实施后护理病历合格率高于实施前;实施后并发症发生率、意外事件发生率均低于实施前,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在泌尿外科应用精细化护理管理,既能够提高护理质量,还能够规范病历,使并发症及意外事件发生率明显降低。
Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing management in urology.Methods From December 2017 to December 2019,the study implemented refined nursing management for 14 nursing staff in the urology department.Relying on the refined process,the nursing staff cultivated the awareness of refined nursing,implemented refined nursing management in the department,and compared before and after implementation.Nursing quality score and nursing effect were compared between the two groups.Results After implementation,the scores of sterile quality,nursing records,article management,basic nursing,and health education were all higher than before implementation;after implementation,the pass rate of nursing medical records was higher than before implementation;after implementation,the incidence of complications and accidents were all lower before implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined nursing management in urology can not only improve the quality of nursing care,but also standardize medical records,and significantly reduce the incidence of complications and accidents.
