激励机制在内分泌科护理管理绩效考核中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析激励机制在内分泌科护理管理绩效考核中的应用价值。方法选取2018年10月—2019年9月来自该院内分泌科在职护士20名。随机排号后将其分为对照组(10名)和研究组(10名)。对照组护士进行常规管理,研究组护士增加激励机制管理。对比两组护理管理的效果以及患者满意度。结果研究组护士在护理质量、护理服务、职业素质、科研教学以及科室管理等方面的评分都比对照组高(P<0.05)。患者满意度比较,研究组患者满意度为95.00%(38例),对照组为80.00%(32例),研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理人员对激励机制的满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将激励机制应用在内分泌科护理管理绩效考核中,可以提高管理效果和护理质量,提升患者就医体验。 Objective To analyze the application value of incentive mechanism in the performance evaluation of nursing management in the endocrinology department.Methods The 20 the on-the-job nurses of the Endocrinology Department of the hospital were selected from October 2018 to September 2019.After random numbering,they were divided into a control group(10 people)and a study group(10 people).The nurses in the control group performed routine management,and the nurses in the study group increased incentive mechanism management.Compare the effectiveness of nursing management and patient satisfaction between the two groups.Results The scores of nurses in the study group on nursing quality,nursing service,professional quality,scientific research and teaching,and department management were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In comparison of patient satisfaction,patient satisfaction in the study group was 95.00%(38 cases),and the control group was 80.00%(32 cases).The study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the nursing staff in the study group on the incentive mechanism was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of incentive mechanism in the performance evaluation of nursing management in the endocrinology department can improve the management effect and the quality of care,and enhance the patient's medical experience.
