摘要
目的探讨护士层级管理应用于内分泌科的价值。方法筛选70名2018年12月—2019年12月在该院工作的护士为研究对象,并在实施前后各抽取35例患者调查护理满意度,对比实施前后的护理效果。结果与实施前比较,实施层级管理后患者的护理满意度更高,分别为80.00%和97.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与实施前比较,实施层级管理后护理管理、护理态度、护理时效、操作技能、护理文书及消毒隔离评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与实施前比较,实施层级管理后患者的健康教育知晓率更高,分别为97.14%和77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士层级管理在内分泌科中的应用,能够提升护理人员的整体素质,保证护理质量,提升护理满意度,有实践应用价值。
Objective To explore the value of nurses'hierarchical management in endocrinology.Methods Seventy nurses who worked in the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.35 patients were selected before and after the implementation to investigate the nursing satisfaction,and the nursing effects before and after the implementation were compared.Results Compared with the pre-implementation,the patient's nursing satisfaction after the implementation of hierarchical management was 80.00%and 97.14%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with before the implementation,the nursing management and nursing attitudes,nursing timeliness,operating skills,nursing documents,and disinfection and isolation scores after the implementation of hierarchical management were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with before the implementation,the patient's health education awareness rate after the implementation of hierarchical management was higher,97.14%compared with 77.14%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nurse-level management in the endocrinology department can improve the overall quality of nursing staff,ensure nursing quality,and improve nursing satisfaction.It has practical application value.
