摘要
目的对持续质量改进在内分泌科护理管理中的临床运用情况进行分析与研究。方法按入院前后顺序,将2017年7月—2018年6月于该院内分泌科收治的72例患者分成常规组与改进组;同时抽取该院护理人员6名。常规组采取常规护理干预措施,在此前提下,对改进组患者再予以持续质量改进措施;比较两组患者的护理质量及护理满意度情况。结果改进组在五常法、病房管理、消毒隔离、患者管理、文书书写等的评分均比常规组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);改进组满意度(97.2%)显著高于常规组(83.3%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.087,P<0.05)。结论在内分泌科实施持续质量改进措施,可改进护理质量,提升护理满意度,值得大力推行。
Objective To analyze and study the clinical application of continuous quality improvement in endocrinology nursing management.Methods According to the order of admission,72 patients admitted to the endocrinology department of our hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were divided into routine group and improvement group;at the same time,we took 6 nursing staff from our hospital.Routine group took routine nursing intervention measures.Under this premise,the improvement group was given continuous quality improvement measures;the quality of care and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of the improvement group in the five-normal method,ward management,disinfection isolation,patient management,and writing of the paper were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);the improvement group satisfaction(97.2%)was significantly higher than the conventional group(83.3%),the difference was significant and statistically significant(χ2=3.087,P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous quality improvement measures in the endocrinology department can improve the quality of care and improve the satisfaction of nursing,which is worthy of vigorous promotion.
