浅析军校学员引体向上训练

摘要 引体向上是军校军事体育课程的基础科目也是必训科目,但一直以来该科目的考核合格率相对较低。该文认为要提高引体向上成绩,首先要通过政策鼓励,让学员在中小学时期就开始重视体育锻炼,为日后的工作学习打下良好身体基础,其次要通过思想教育,使学员从"让我练"变成"我要练";最后在训练中要重点发展上肢肌群、胸部肌群和背部肌群这3个部位的力量。 Pull-ups are the basic subjects and compulsory subjects for military sports courses in military schools,but the passing rate of the subjects has been relatively low.This article believes that to improve the performance of pull-ups,first of all,through policy encouragement,students should start to pay attention to physical exercise during primary and secondary schools,and lay a good physical foundation for future work and study;second,through ideological education,let students learn from me.I need to practice;finally,in training,we should focus on the development of the strength of the upper limb muscles,chest muscles and back muscles.
