妥协与自主:外卖骑手劳动过程中的“制造同意” 被引量:5

摘要 随着平台经济的蓬勃发展,外卖骑手从业人数不断增长,但是其劳动境遇不容乐观。从劳动过程角度来看,外卖骑手之所以同意平台的控制,是结构约束与主体能动共同作用的结果,其中既存在着被动的接受,也存在着主动的认可。一方面,由于长期受到城乡二元结构、社会阶层结构和性别关系结构的三重约束,他们已经习惯于常态的妥协并形成自助意识。另一方面,外卖配送工作本身的灵活性、准入/退出机制的公平性以及劳动报酬的透明性适应了他们的多种需求,他们形成了适度的自主意识并对工作产生了相对满意感。切实保障外卖骑手的劳动权益,需要政府、工会、企业与社会共同努力,在制度保障、组织建设、工资待遇和情感尊重等方面同步推进。 With the vigorous development of the platform economy,the number of takeaway riders is increasing,but their labor situation is not optimistic.From the perspective of the labor process,the reason why takeaway riders agree to the control and exploitation of the platform is the result of the combined effect of structural constraint and subjectivity in which there is both passive acceptance and active recognition.On the one hand,due to the long-term triple constraints of the urban-rural dual structure,social class structure and gender relationship structure,they have become accustomed to the normal compromise and formed a sense of self-help.On the other hand,the flexibility of delivery work,the fairness of the entry/exit mechanism,and the transparency of labor remuneration have adapted to their various needs,and they have developed a moderate sense of autonomy and a relative satisfaction with their work.To effectively protect the labor rights of delivery riders,it is necessary for the government,labor unions,enterprises and society to work together to promote the system security,organization building,wages and emotional respect.
