摘要
从全面衡量物流企业绩效的5个一级指标入手,将5个一级指标分解为可量化的32个最终指标并给出相应的量化计算方法,从而合理地构建物流企业绩效评价的指标体系．提出利用主成分分析统计方法对物流企业绩效进行评价,通过对主成分分析的意义、步骤和方法的探讨,论证将主成分分析的统计方法应用于物流企业绩效评价的可操作性．
Five primary indices are used to evaluate the performance in logistic enterprises, which are decomposed into 32 final indices, so that a reasonable performance index system can be built for logistic enterprises.
