摘要
该文笔者根据十几年的下队科研工作经历,见证了下队科研工作从单打独斗的传统方式转化为科研团队联合攻关的新型模式。下队科研人员的角色也发生了根本的转变,科研人员不仅需要具备渊博的专业技能知识,更加应该在新的形势下,扮演好一个联络员的角色。随着科研成效的明显提高,下队科研工作已经逐渐被各个专业体育运动队充分认可。
In this paper,according to more than 10 years of scientific research work in the team,Seen Research goes from the traditional way of working alone into a new model of joint research teams.The role of the next team of researchers has changed radically,researchers not only need to have profound professional skills and knowledge,even more so under new circumstances act as a liaison.With the remarkable improvement of scientific research results,the scientific research work of the team has gradually been fully recognized by various professional sports teams.
