摘要
目的:研究LED红光联合他克莫司软膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的效果及其对面部症状及皮肤屏障功能的影响。方法:按随机数字表法将2017年5月至2019年5月我院皮肤科门诊诊治的激素依赖性皮炎患者91例为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,对照组45例,观察组46例。对照组予以他克莫司软膏外涂治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予以LED红光治疗。观察两组治疗有效率、症状消失时间、皮肤屏障功能及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组瘙痒、干燥、脱屑、毛细血管扩张症消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组表皮含水量、表面油脂含量高于对照组,TEWL值低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:LED红光结合他克莫司软膏能够显著改善面部激素依赖性皮炎患者的临床症状,改善皮肤屏障功能,安全性高。
Objective:To study the effect of LED red light combined with tacrolimus ointment on facial hormone-dependent dermatitis and its effect on facial symptoms and skin barrier function.Methods:According to the random number table method,91 patients with hormone-dependent dermatitis treated in our dermatology clinic from May 2017 to May 2019 were taken as the research objects,and were divided into control group(45 cases)and observation group(46 cases).The control group was treated with tacrolimus ointment,and the observation group was treated with LED red light on the basis of the control group.The treatment efficiency,time to disappear symptoms,skin barrier function,and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the extinction time of itching,dryness,desquamation and telangiectasia in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the water content and surface oil content were higher than those in the control group,and the TEWL value was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:LED red light combined with tacrolimus ointment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and improve skin barrier function of patients with facial hormone-dependent dermatitis,which has high safety.
