摘要
产业结构与就业结构是经济结构调整过程中的“一体两翼”:一方面,产业结构升级可加快劳动力在全产业链体系中的流转,间接增加劳动力生产资本。另一方面,优化就业结构可实现劳动者收入与自身工作素质的跃升,并成为产业结构可持续升级的新引擎。因此,研究产业结构与就业结构协调度及其在不同时空情境下的分布演进情况,对于厘清中国区域间经济发展不平衡不充分矛盾的成因,并制定经济协调发展政策具有重要战略意义。文章运用多指标分析法,从时空耦合视角分析了2010—2019年十年间中国就业结构与产业结构协调度的时空分布演进格局,基于实证研究结果提出了有助于推进中国不同区域间产业结构与就业结构协同调整,实现以产业与就业协同演化带动区域经济高质量发展的建议。
Industrial structure and employment structure are“two wings on one body”in the process of economic structure adjustment.While the upgrading of the former can speed up the circulation of labor in the entire industrial chain system and indirectly increase labor production capital,optimizing the latter can achieve a leap in the income of workers and their own work quality,and thus becomes a new engine for the sustainable upgrading of the former.Therefore,studying the degree of coordination between them and their distribution and evolution in different temporal and spatial contexts is of great strategic significance for clarifying the essential causes of the unbalanced and inadequate contradictions between regional economic development in our country and formulating policies for coordinated economic development.This essay adopts a multi-index analysis method to analyze the temporal and spatial distribution evolution pattern of our country's employment structure and industrial structure coordination degree from 2010 to 2019 from the perspective of time-space coupling.Based on the results of empirical research,strategic proposal are put forward to help promote the synergistic adjustment of the industrial structure and employment of different regions so as to realize the the high-quality development of the regional economy.
